Sound familiar?

You’ve been someone’s partner. Someone’s friend. Maybe a mother. Above all, you’re the one who functions: the one many lean on, who balances the mood and keeps it all running. But also the one who stays quiet instead of leading. Who doesn’t dare to take what she wants. And that’s exactly where the problem sits.

Under all those roles and responsibilities there is you. You as a woman, with your own wants, your own anger, your own emotions, your own desire. Maybe with a deeply buried wish for how your life gets to feel. This is about that woman. You know her. Maybe you two just never had the chance to meet.

That time is now. Eight weeks of it.

The program

Eight weeks, one arc

Before we work with words, we go to the body. From there we work from the inside out: the roles, the feelings, your boundaries, your desire. We end with what you take back into your everyday life, and into your new one.

A woman in the water, one arm opening outward
Week One
Landing in your body
Your nervous system, your senses, and the difference between functioning and feeling. We slow down far enough that you can hear yourself again.
Week Two
The roles you inherited
Good girl, reliable one, mother: which roles found you, and which ones you actually chose. Some of those roles deserve a thank you. Some deserve a goodbye.
Close-up of fringes hanging from a dress
A woman resting in the water, shoulders at the surface
Week Three
Emotions and presence
Anger, grief, joy as information. Staying in the room while you feel them, instead of smiling them away. A feeling that is allowed in the room stops running it.
Week Four
Boundaries and consent
Saying no without the guilt hangover. Saying yes because you mean it. Your no is what makes your yes worth something.
Two open palms held toward the viewer above the water
A woman looking over her outstretched arm into the camera
Week Five
Desire
Finding out what you actually want: in your day, in your life, in your bed. “I have no idea anymore” is a fine place to start. Wanting is a skill. It comes back with practice.
Week Six
Sexuality
Your pleasure, your taboos, and the things you’ve never said out loud. I’ve heard most of them, and I don’t flinch. At your pace, in your words, and only as far as you choose.
Detail of shoulder and dress in warm evening light
Two open hands rising from the water, a face between them
Week Seven
Polarity in relationships
Feminine and masculine energies as tools you use, not boxes you live in. With a guest appearance from The Anchored Man. The tension between the two energies is not the problem. It is the drive.
Week Eight
The new world
Your values, your voice, your presence: take all of it into your new life. Into your friendships, your work, your love, your sexuality, and every room you walk into from now on.

How we meet

Live, focused, and real

  • Maximum 12 women: the group size sets the intensity.
  • Eight live calls on Google Meet, Tuesday evenings (CET).
  • Small practices between the calls: minutes, not hours.
  • Nothing has to be said out loud. It stays your decision.
  • Every call is recorded, no evening is lost.
  • In the final week: a private session with me, 50 minutes.

The first round is the founding cohort. You get the full program at a lower price, your questions and feedback shape how it grows, and that is your advantage: no later cohort will have this much influence. First come, first in.

Who’s guiding you

I’m Patricia.

These eight themes aren’t a curriculum I built for other women. They’re the road I walked myself. I spent twenty years in corporate offices being the one who functioned, until I stopped following a path that wasn’t mine and retrained completely.

I’m a mother who refused to disappear into the role. I’ve done the boundary work, the desire work, the “who am I under all this” work, in my own life, not in a book. Maybe that’s why I keep hearing that I embody the energy and the very themes we walk through here.

Professionally, I run my own practice for sex and relationship therapy in Munich, I sit with individuals and couples every day in German and English, and I host a TV show about sexuality and relationships on RTL+. The thing people keep telling me: I was the first person who didn’t judge what they brought. Kink, open relationships, no desire at all, desire they were ashamed of. That room, where nothing about you is a problem to fix, is the room I hold here.

And the men?

The sister program to The Anchored Man

Chris works with the men in The Anchored Man. Here I work with women. If the partner at your side is doing their own work right now, this is your own room. And if you’re the first one through the door, even better: one woman starts.

Questions

Before you ask

Is this therapy?+
No. RelatingWise offers coaching and education. My background as a therapist informs how I work and how I hold a group, but this program doesn’t treat or diagnose anything. If therapy is what you’re looking for, my Munich practice is a separate door, and I’ll gladly point you there or to someone closer to you.
Do I have to share intimate things in the group?+
No. Nothing has to be said out loud. Women who mostly listen get as much out of this as women who talk.
What if I can’t make a call?+
Every call is recorded. You’ll miss the live room, not the content.
Do I need to be in a relationship?+
No. This is about you. Partnered, single, somewhere in between, it all works.
What language is the program in?+
English. It doesn’t have to be perfect. Mine has an accent too. The same eight weeks also run in German.
Can I cancel?+
The usual EU withdrawal rights apply; the details are in our terms. Short version: yes, within the legal window.

RelatingWise offers coaching and education, not therapy.

A note on who this is for: this program is for women, of every orientation, every body, and every relationship form. You belong here with whoever you love, and however you live.
