All good work happens between people.

Everything we do at RelatingWise is essentially about relationships, and work is no exception. In fact, it is full of them: with colleagues, with your boss, in teams, with clients, with business partners. Business coaching with Patricia and Chris, online or in Munich.

How well your work goes depends on many factors. One of them is how the relationships in it are doing. We are convinced this is where you can move the most. And how you get better at it is learnable.

If you are employed, it might be the conversation with your boss you have rehearsed in your head ten times, the wish to be heard in meetings, or a difficult project where you want to hold your ground. It might also be the clarifying talk you want to have with a colleague you keep clashing with.

If you run your own business or lead a team, it might be your co-founder, your employees or your clients who make it hard for you. Or the pressure of being the one everyone looks to: making decisions, carrying them, and looking like you have it all together.

Where do you recognise yourself?

Difficult conversations. Feedback, negotiations, endings. Saying the thing you have been putting off, in a way the other person can hear.

Conflict patterns at work. When the same argument keeps coming back, there may be a pattern underneath. We find it and change it.

Boundaries and clear asks. Workload, availability, money. Saying no without burning the bridge. Asking without apologizing.

Leading people. First leadership role or twenty years in: how you give direction, stay clear without turning hard, and stay in contact with the people you lead.

Clarity and professional decisions. Stay or leave, take the offer or not, grow or sell. We sort it together until the decision feels right to you.

Time and priorities. Your week is full, and the important work still gets left behind. We look at what you say yes to, what you avoid, and what it costs you in time and energy.

Order that lightens the load. Structures that survive a full inbox: plan, prioritise, hand over. At its core it is the 80/20 rule, lived rather than just known.

Staying steady under stress. How you listen, decide and communicate when your nervous system would rather fight or flee.

These are the topics we hear most often at work. Alongside them run the classics: a workload that keeps growing, recognition that never comes, teams that avoid the real conversation. And beyond that, every topic is welcome: we are curious about you.

The process

1

Intro call with one or both of us, 15 minutes, free. We clarify what matters most to you and what a good start looks like.

2

Together we name what sits beneath the friction in your work, and where you want to grow. Not the fight about the meeting agenda.

3

You choose the path you want to walk with us, with a beginning and an end. Coaching is a project, not a subscription.

Questions people ask us

How long does business coaching take?

That depends on what you are working on. In the intro call we agree on a scope together: a beginning, a focus, and an end. Coaching is a project, not a subscription: you always know where you are and what is still ahead.

Online or in person?

Both. Sessions happen online or in the room with us in Munich. In the intro call we find the setup that fits your situation.

What does it cost?

You will find our current rates on the Fees page. All fees are final prices: as a small business under German law (§ 19 UStG) we do not charge VAT. In the intro call we recommend a format. The decision stays with you.

Is business coaching tax-deductible?

It can be, as a business expense or income-related expense, depending on your individual situation. Please clarify this with your tax advisor: we don’t make promises about deductibility, we make sure the work and its documentation are accurate. You receive a detailed invoice.

Is this therapy?

No. Coaching works with what you want to build; therapy treats what makes you ill. If we believe a topic belongs in therapy, we will tell you openly, and help you find the right place for it.

Will my employer know what we talk about?

No. Discretion is the foundation of this work. What is said in the room stays in the room, whether you booked the coaching yourself or your company pays for it.

Which language do you work in?

English with both of us, German with Patricia. Sessions happen online worldwide, or in person in Munich.

Bring the conversation you keep rehearsing.
