Sacred Power answers that longing
Sacred Power is a school of conscious power exchange. We’re a married couple who both live it and teach it together.
We work openly with BDSM, dominance and submission as a deep soul journey: less about performing your desires, more about inhabiting them.
Whilst power exchange can absolutely be playful, sexual and intensely pleasurable, it can also become a remarkable way of encountering yourself. For us, this work transcends the purely sexual.
It is spiritual. It is psychological. It is profoundly human.

Why We Built This
We’re Chris and Patricia. We’re married, and we’ve practised conscious power exchange for many years.
From our very first scene together, something life-changing happened that neither of us was prepared for. We both found ourselves stepping into energies that felt much bigger than the roles we thought we were playing. Neither of us had consciously invited them, and at the time we didn’t have the language to explain the magic of what had just emerged. We just knew that something deeper was going on.
The longer we explored it together, the more we became interested in a different question. Not simply, how do we do BDSM well, but why are we drawn to these particular desires in the first place?
Answering those questions led us into embodiment, archetypal thought and the deeper symbolic meaning of the erotic.
Through Dominance and surrender we’ve met aspects of ourselves that don’t always have much room to appear in ordinary life. Strength, vulnerability, fear, control, devotion, shame, tenderness, aggression, trust, desire. The scene becomes the erotic theatre in which those aspects are given permission to step forward, and you don’t always leave as quite the same person who entered it.
Last year we created Sacred Power as a school of conscious power exchange, because we want to move the conversation from taboo to transformation, and from role play to soul play. We know what it’s like to negotiate power with someone you love, or someone new, what happens when a scene opens something unexpected, and what happens when it exposes something difficult that then has to be faced together.
We teach this from the inside. What excites us most isn’t just what happens in the scene. It’s who you discover there, and what you bring back into the rest of your life.

Conscious power exchange naturally awakens these forces because when you enter a BDSM scene with true presence, you’re giving voice and body to something ancient that lives in your own erotic landscape.
In scene play you won’t choose the archetypal energy. It will choose you. You may meet one or many. Some will challenge you. Some will feel like home. All have purpose.
We won’t hand you a typology or ask you to pick a card. In this work you learn a practice of attention: feeling what is moving through you in the moment, and finding its name afterwards, in reflection.

A note on experience: Sacred Power isn’t a beginners’ introduction to BDSM. You already have some familiarity with power exchange, and are ready to explore its deeper psychological, erotic and spiritual dimensions.

The Sacred Yes
Do you want to become the conscious creator of your own erotic and authentic sexual identity?
This is a live cohort, not an on-demand course you start whenever you like. Everyone begins together, live practice calls happen every Monday, new teachings arrive each Thursday, places are limited, and enrolment closes before the first session.

Temple One: Awakening (4 weeks)
Thursday 15 October to Wednesday 11 November 2026Temple One is the beginning of the Sacred Power path. Four weeks, four modules of learning: the energies behind dominance and submission, consent as devotion, and containment: the art of holding what you awaken.
The complete four-week Awakening curriculum: the full teaching library, the Monday live calls, and a practice brief each week.
Walk it with the person you practise with. Both of you get full access, and the weekly practice briefs are written for two.

Questions, answered honestly.
Is this therapy?
No. It is not therapy, even though Patricia is a therapist. Her training shapes how safely this container is held, but Temple One is education and practice, not treatment or therapy. If deep personal material opens up, we’ll say so and point you to the right support.
Do I need a partner?
No. Individuals and couples both belong here. Partnered practices always have a solo variant, and nothing intimate is ever required. Every exercise comes with a spectrum of choice and a genuine opt-out.
Do I need BDSM experience?
Some grounding helps. Sacred Power isn’t built for complete beginners — see the note above. If you’re starting from scratch, we’re building a separate course, the Basics of BDSM, as the entry point. Temple One will still find you plenty of new depth even with experience.
Will I have to share anything on camera?
You’ll never be required to share, demonstrate or disclose. The live calls are held carefully; how far you go is always yours to choose. We record the teaching segments only, and stop recording before any practice or sharing.
Does embodiment work through a screen?
We wondered the same thing. We expected the teaching to travel well and the practice to suffer at a distance. It was the other way round. In the pilot, the live practice was the part that landed hardest, emotionally and energetically, with all of us on a screen. You work in your own space, in your own body, guided in real time.
What if I can’t make a live call?
Calls are the heart of the course and run on Monday evenings, so choose a cohort you can mostly attend. But life happens. The calls are recorded, and recordings and teaching videos are yours to watch for six months. We’ll help you integrate what you missed.
Is this explicit?
The teaching is frank and adult, but educational: no explicit demonstrations, no nudity. 18+ only.
What happens after Temple One?
Temple One is the first of three temples. Temples Two and Three take the work deeper. Temple Two follows straight on from Temple One in the same weekly rhythm, then there is a pause over the festive season before Temple Three begins in January, running through to 3 February 2027. You can add them at any point during Temple One, or book the full path now and pay less.
