How This Started
We’re Chris & Patricia, soul partners whose profound love and trust was built through many years of conscious BDSM practice. Patricia is a state-authorised psychotherapy practitioner (Heilpraktikerin für Psychotherapie) with her own practice in Munich, specialising in sexual and relationship therapy. Chris brings decades of lived practice and the craft of holding space.
Our journey together has revealed something extraordinary: that power exchange, approached as soulful practice, creates transpersonal experiences and archetypal encounters that transform not just sexuality, but the very essence of who you are.
Together, we’ve created Sacred Power to offer to others what we have found: a space where BDSM becomes a mirror to the soul. This work transcends the purely sexual. It is spiritual. It is psychological. It is profoundly human.
Our deepest desire is to shift the BDSM conversation from taboo to transformation, from edge-play to soul-play, establishing conscious power exchange as a path to erotic identity.

Temple One: The Threshold
A four-week online initiation into conscious power exchange, where BDSM becomes soul work.
Temple One is the beginning of the Sacred Power path: a journey of three temples. Four weeks, four modules of learning: what BDSM really is, the energies behind dominance and submission, consent as devotion, and containment: the art of holding what you awaken.
Week 1: The Threshold
BDSM as soul work. Desire as a language of the soul; the scene as sacred theatre; the embodied ground everything else stands on.
Week 2: The Inner Force
The energies behind dominance and submission: active and receptive, the submissive as muse, the Dom’s ground of field and voice. Energies, not identities.
Week 3: The Compass
Consent as devotion. Beyond the checkbox ‘yes’: agreements as erotic acts, mapping desire, the architecture of yes and no.
Week 4: Containment
The art of holding intensity: for yourself, your partner, the scene. Scene craft from beginning to aftercare, and what to do when things wobble.
- ~90 minutes of teaching videos each week (six short videos per module, ~15 minutes each), watch in your own time
- One live 90-minute call each week with both of us: practice, integration and your burning questions, not lectures
- A practice brief every week: reflection and embodiment exercises, always with a spectrum of choice and a clear opt-out
- A private group channel for the cohort
- Ongoing access to all recordings

Where this leads: Temple One is the first gate of the full Sacred Power journey: a path of three temples through the deeper territories, including shadow work and advanced practice, with optional in-person immersions to follow. Temple One graduates receive first invitation.

Is this therapy?
No. Patricia is a state-authorised psychotherapy practitioner and that shapes how safely this container is held. But Temple One is education and practice, not treatment. If deep personal material opens up, we’ll say so and point you to the right support.
Do I need a partner?
No. Singles and couples both belong here. Partnered practices always have a solo variant, and nothing intimate is ever required. Every exercise comes with a spectrum of choice and a genuine opt-out.
Do I need BDSM experience?
No. You need curiosity and willingness to reflect. Experienced practitioners will find depth here too. Consent and containment taught this way is rare at any level.
Will I have to share anything on camera?
You’ll never be required to share, demonstrate or disclose. The live calls are held carefully; how far you go is always yours to choose.
What if I can’t make a live call?
Calls are the heart of the course, so choose a cohort you can mostly attend. But life happens. The teaching videos are yours to keep, and we’ll help you integrate what you missed.
Is this explicit?
The teaching is frank and adult, but educational: no explicit demonstrations, no nudity. 18+ only.
What happens after Temple One?
Temple One is the first of three temples. Temples Two and Three take the work deeper: shadow work, advanced practice and the full journey of conscious power exchange. They open to Temple One graduates first, with dates announced during the cohort.
