Relationship and sexuality coaching for people who want more for their life, their relationships and their sexuality than the standard script. Desire, fulfilling sexuality, deep connection, open relationships, kink, and the conversations most couples never dare to have.
We are Patricia and Chris. Together we help couples and individuals build deeper and richer relationships and increase everyone’s eros and sexuality.
You are successful on the outside. A stranger on the inside.
The desire that faded and never came back. The thing you want but have never said out loud. The body that works but barely feels anything anymore. The pattern that repeats, no matter who you’re with. The open relationship that’s technically working but is emotionally on fire. The affair you survived but haven’t recovered from.

How we support you
Two paths, one method.
For Couples
Rebuild desire, deepen the realm of your sexuality, expand your relationship, or repair what broke. Work with one or both of us: two perspectives, one method.
For Individuals
One-to-one coaching, whoever you are and whoever you love. Desire, pleasure, boundaries, old patterns, and the questions you’ve carried alone. Work with Patricia, with Chris, or with both. You choose by fit.
We know the theory, and we put it into practice.
That would be the ideal, that’s what the textbook says. Fine and good. We work with the people actually sitting in front of us: on ourselves, with each other, and in the room with our clients.
- Founded by Patricia and Chris. She is a sex and relationship therapist with her own practice in Munich, known from Stranger Sins (RTL+). At RelatingWise she works as a coach. He brings men’s work, depth psychology and the craft of holding space.
- No topic is off the table for us: polyamory, kink, BDSM, affairs, desire, leadership.
- Clients tell us the same thing again and again: this is the first room where they felt genuinely seen and held.
- English and German (only Patricia). Online worldwide, in person in Munich, or wherever we are in residence or you are.
